We carry out the survey on the day of installation.

first and possible the possible most important part of the installation is to talk with you the client
we will of course listen to your needs but will also offer advise on positioning of your plasma or LCD screen taking into account mounting height, seating positions, viewing distance of your plasma or LCD screen also weather the wall is suitable to take the weight. Check FAQs for more info. we will then check and scan for
 hided wires or pipes etc prior to drilling or wall chasing.

If we are installing a projector and screen we will again look at light sources mounting distance of projector to screen to give you the best possible picture quality cable routes etc.

For home cinema installations we will advise on best speaker positions. and speaker cable routes.
 

we cover the room with dust sheets move any furniture if necessary then disconnect any existing equipment move your old TV out of the room if you wish.
  

We look at the screen and will then talk you though every single connection on the plasma or LCD screen we will explain which leads you should have based on any existing items you require to use

And then ask what you may need in the future such as games systems such as Xbox360, PS3, Wii. PC .HD connections Home cinema etc. if you may be planning a future Home cinema installation it may be a good idea to fit a wire for a centre speaker cable. if cables are going to put into the wall its very important to get the right cables in place for your current and future needs, as they cannot be added at a later date.

Your biggest worry most likely, is will my large heavy Plasma or LCD be securely fixed to the wall. When we mount your screen our primary concern is to make absolutely sure that your screen is totally safely fixed to the wall, we will all ways over fix screen using extra fixings than required. That way we can the guarantee the screen will stay on the wall. we provide all necessary Bolts etc required dependent on the type of wall.

Once the installation is complete the site will be cleaned and tidied. we will then setup configure your screen\ home cinema to any existing equipment to achieve the best possible results and give instruction if required.
