A booking deposit may be required of £60.00. This is non-refundable if the installation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or we call to the premises and we are unable to obtain a reply.

If, after installation any equipment is faulty, the full installation cost will be payable. There will be a call out charge to revisit at a later date to complete the installation when the equipment has been replaced.
 

We will give instructions on how to use newly installed equipment. Please make sure that you are totally happy at the time of installation with both operating and adjustments as call backs due to customer errors will be chargeable. We will be happy to give free advice on the telephone after installations.
 

Full payment is due, in full, on the day of installation.
