I would just like to say that I am SOOOOOOO pleased with the work Master AV Services did a couple of weeks ago. I'm really sorry as I have forgotten the names of the 2 guys who came around to fit my new LCD onto my wall. If you could check the records and see which engineers it was who came around ( I live in Horton, Slough. )and pass on my thanks to them. They were great lads and had excellent customer service skills etc. and also didn't mind my dog getting in the way of them all the time !

in terms of the work I was very impressed. Both guys were quick, efficient, tidy, very friendly and most helpful. Your company gets my recommendation.
I must admit though, cost wise it was a little more than i intended however, one never takes into consideration the additional cost of materials, parts required etc The result however, far out weighs the cost for me.

Hello Steve,
Just emailing to comment on how professional and pleasant Paul and Anthony were when they installed my LCD screen. Paul recommended trunking cables instead of drilling through the chimney breast, which could have damaged the plastering around the fireplace. They did a great job. You have a very happy customer and certainly be recommending your services.
