Audio Visual installation Hertfordshire new build house
Our brief was to install a multi room audio system through the property , a 5.1 surround system installed into the lounge , a HD matrix to disturb any AV components such as sky , DVD etc. to be centrally located. Saving the normal clutter of boxes in different rooms.
In the main bathroom we install a flush mounted aqua vision TV , the Large 60” TV in the lounge was recessed into the chimney breast.
Sonos installation
For the multiroom we used four sonos connect amps and one Sonos connect to input the Sonos system into the Yamaha AV receiver
In the lounge we fitted Origin Acoustic Director series speakers into the ceiling as the client wanted to go the the discreet look, and did not want to see cabinet speakers wall mounted these totally flush speakers benefit from movable cones , this give’s the speakers the ability to direct the sound field towards the seating positon, the builder constructed the fireplace and created recessed for the large TV , we installed a Vogels Wall 2450 which allowed perfect positioning of the TV within the recess , plus easy access to connections at the rear.
Four additional Sonos zones were created with P61 Origin Acoustic ceiling speakers
with the exception of the en-suite and Garden zones , were we fitted a single Origin Acoustic stereo DT62 into the ceiling in the en-suite , for the garden we wall mount two weather proof Apart cabinet speakers which gave coverage to the patio area . Armoured speaker was laid to back of the garden ready future expansion. speaker were installed at later date

Home Network and wi fi
Various network / data points were installed around the property to provide a hardwired solution for the home network , we installed a single Luxul XAP 1500 high powered Wi Fi access point 2.4 GHZ and 5GHZ data transfer up to 900Mbps POE unit onto the ceiling, this unit looks like a smoke alarm and gives superb coverage , It totaly covered the whole four bedroom detected property and even reached to the end of the 100ft plus garden!
